the West coast. All IKEA plants are delivered and stored at the Nursery in San Diego, Ca. which is over 100,000 square feet of
greenhouse space on a total 5 acres. US Farm's, Inc. delivers by truck, all plants and plant material directly to IKEA stores and
is paid a fee for this service on top of being able to sell its own plants into IKEA's orders.

the United States and Canada. Our facilities are dedicated to Aloe Vera production, which has enabled us to be the leader in Aloe Vera
in North America.
American Nursery Exchange, Inc. (ANE)
American Nursery Exchange is a wholly owned subsidiary of US Farms, Inc. American Nursery Exchange is in the business of supplying
horticulture products to the grocery, garden center and home improvement industries on a nation wide level. The company has leased
three facilities alll located in North County San Diego, California, a 100,000 sq. ft. green house facility along with a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse
which will be used for growing as well as staging orders for its customers, 14 acres which the company has build a 100,000 sqft
shade house on for the growing of jade, as well as a 5 acre Jade nursery in Fallbrook.
